Your data, export and account deletion

Renters’ data

Renters decide what you see. Until they share, you see whether they meet each criterion, under a code name. Anything they share is time-limited, and every time you open it is logged and visible to them. Use renters’ data only to decide on their rental.

Download your data

Open the Privacy center (linked at the bottom of every page) and choose Prepare my download. PropFit prepares a file of your data and a readable summary, and gives you a link that works for a limited time.

Delete your account

In the Privacy center, choose Delete my account. Deletion happens after a 14-day grace period, and you can cancel until then.

• You can’t delete your account while you have an active subscription or unpaid invoices. Cancel your plan first.
• If you’re the only owner of an organization that has other members, hand ownership to someone else first, or agree to close the organization.
• Organizations where you’re the only owner are closed. Some records are kept because the law or our obligations require it, such as billing and tax records, background check records and decisions, and our security log.
