Reports shows how your vacancies are doing. Pick the last 30 days, the last 90 days (the default) or all time.

What’s included

Totals: matches, tours booked, leases and median time to lease.
By vacancy: each vacancy’s progress and time on market or time to fill.
Where renters came from and Link channels: which of your share links bring renters who fit.
Portfolio funnel: from links shared to renters who started, matched, verified, toured, applied and leased.
Recovered leads: renters you offered another home, how many were interested, and how many leased.
Background checks used and Success fees.

Choose Download CSV to export vacancies, screenings or fees.

To protect renters’ privacy, any count under 5 shows as “Fewer than 5”.

Reports need a verified organization.
