Team members and roles
Invite your team, choose what each person can do, and limit leasing agents to certain properties. Seats are never charged.
Add your team under Settings → Team. Seats are never charged.
Roles
- Owner: everything, including billing and who is an owner.
- Admin: everything except changing owners.
- Leasing agent: shares links and works prospects for the properties you choose.
- Viewer: can look, but can’t change anything.
An organization always keeps at least one owner, and only an owner can change the owner role.
Invite someone
- Enter their email, choose a role and, for a leasing agent, the properties they work on.
- Send them the invitation link. PropFit doesn’t email invitations yet.
- They sign in or create an account with that email and accept the invitation.
Invitations last 14 days, and you can revoke one before it’s accepted. You can’t invite someone directly as an owner: invite them as an admin, then change their role.
Everyone on your team must set up two-step verification.
Change or remove
Choose Change next to a member to change their role or properties, or Remove from organization.
