Tours
Add tour times, see who booked, and record whether they toured.
Renters who match a vacancy can book any open tour time you add. Tours are free for renters.
Add tour times
- Open the vacancy and choose Tours.
- Pick the date, the first start time, how long each tour lasts, how many back-to-back times (1 to 12) and how many renters per time. More than one renter per time is an open house.
- Choose Add tour times.
Times are in the local time where the home is. To remove one, choose Remove time; if renters booked it, their bookings are canceled and they’re told.
See your tours
Tours shows what’s coming up, your open times and tours that need an outcome. Renters appear by their code name (prospect handle) and match state. Their name, email and phone show only if they chose to share them when booking.
PropFit sends renters confirmations and reminders, and tells you about new bookings and changes. See Notifications.
After the tour
Mark each tour They toured or No-show, or Cancel tour if you need to. Outcomes feed your reports.
Viewers on your team can see tours but can’t change them.
