Early access credit
In early access markets, your plan’s first 3 months cost $0. Here is how the credit shows on your invoices.
When PropFit opens in a new market, owners there get an early access credit: your plan’s first 3 months cost $0.
Who gets it
You get the credit if your market is in early access and your organization has never had a PropFit subscription or been charged before. If it applies, the plan button reads Subscribe to …: first 3 months credited.
How it works
- Your plan starts the day you subscribe.
- Each of your first 3 monthly invoices shows the plan at its list price, with the credit as a separate line, so the total is $0.
- We save your card when you subscribe. Paid billing starts in month 4, at the plan’s list price. Billing shows the exact date.
After you subscribe, the Billing page shows the date the credit ends and the date paid billing starts.
What it doesn’t cover
- Monthly plans only. Yearly billing isn’t credited.
- Success fees aren’t covered by the credit. See The success fee.
