Prospects and offering another home
See renters who match your vacancies, invite them to verify, tour or apply, and offer a home that fits better.
Your prospects
Prospects lists renters who match, or nearly match, your vacancies. Each renter appears once, under a private code name (handle). You don’t see their name, contact details, income or credit until they share them.
- All prospects lists every renter.
- By vacancy shows the matches for each vacancy.
- Shared with you lists details renters chose to share with you. Every view is logged, and the renter can see it.
Each prospect shows a match state, such as Verified match, Potential match (based on what they told us), Verification needed or Needs info.
Inviting renters
From a prospect you can Invite to verify, Invite to tour or Invite to apply (apply is only for verified matches). The renter decides whether to respond.
Offering another home
When a renter doesn’t fit one of your homes but fits another, the prospect shows Other homes they fit. Choose Offer this vacancy. PropFit re-checks the renter against that home first, then tells them. You’ll see whether they’re interested, book a tour, apply and lease.
A lease that comes from an offer like this is a recovered lease, which may carry a success fee.
