Book, move or cancel a tour
Book a tour of a home you match, choose whether to share your contact details, and get reminders.
You can book a tour of any home you match. Booking a tour isn’t a rental application.
Book a tour
- On Matches, choose Book a tour on the home.
- Pick one of the owner’s times. Times are shown in the local time where the home is.
- Decide whether to tick Share my contact details with the owner for this tour. It’s optional. Without it, the owner sees only a code name for you and the time.
- Choose Book this tour. The owner is told.
If the owner hasn’t posted any times yet, choose Tell me when and we’ll let you know.
Change or cancel
All your tours are under Tours. Open one with Change or cancel:
- Move my tour to this time picks a new time. Your old time is released.
- Cancel my tour cancels it, and the owner is told.
- Share my contact details or Stop sharing my contact details changes what the owner sees, at any time.
- Add to calendar and Directions help you get there.
Reminders
PropFit reminds you 24 hours and 2 hours before your tour, in the app, by browser alert and by email, depending on your notification settings.
You can also choose text message reminders: at most 2 texts per tour (the day before and 2 hours before), never between 9 pm and 8 am, and never with the home’s address. Text reminders are for US numbers only, and you can stop them at any time.
